Although she may be a great Dr (which I wouldn't know because of the brief interactions we have had), she has no bedside manner and does not make you feel heard. Her nurse is completely incompetent, and uses the excuse of Covid whenever anything isn't done correctly. It is so frustrating to have the team as your primary Dr through MSK. I had to finally tell the nurse that it was interesting how Covid is an issue a year out now, and how every other doctor I have seen has figured out a way to function through this. I must have been spoiled with the rest of my care team at MSK, because this is starkly the opposite. Thankfully a nurse that gives me my treatments asked about my care and said that I should ask for a different doctor. I didn't want to make a big deal about it, but she assured me that I should receive the best care possible and set up a call and recommended other oncologists that could be a better fit. I hope that she and her team take a look as these reviews and learn

Dr. Fornier has a wide and deep knowledge of medical oncology. Sometimes, her manner is kind and solicitous; other times she is brusque and rushed. She dispenses medical advice succinctly and clearly, and answers all my questions. One nurse does not always provide accurate information so I have to double check with Dr. Fornier. However, another nurse is extremely well versed and gives trusted information about chemotherapy, nutrition and general oncology treatment.

I like to play the game "how long will my visit with Dr. Fornier be this time". I would say on average it's about 3-4 minutes. She has no interest in answering any of your questions...about important things like BREAST CANCER (which I had) ! And she would back out of the door as you are asking your questions. I highly recommend she should consider research because her bedside manners are so poor. PS, her breast exams are laughable and last about 20 seconds total

This is literally the worst doctor I have ever seen. She does not take any time to answer questions, her nurse is incompetent, I can't understand how Sloan Kettering gets away with having such people working for them, stay away from her, go to someone else please.

She is a breast cancer oncologist not dermatologist. She has terrible bedside manner and was on her phone the whole time we were trying to talk to her. We waited all day for someone to come by and she came and left with her team in a total of 3 minutes. We could not have an informed discussion with her because she wanted us to "talk about it when we get there" so we did not know what our future options might look like.
