Dr Crane has stood with us through this very trying medical diagnosis. She has been caring and understanding, while providing exceptional care. Her treatment options are always explained thoroughly, and she stays on top of current research and treatment. Very pleased to have her as my doctor!

Dr. Crane has been so understanding, kind, thorough and professional and has developed a plan for my wife's treatments through testing, personal observation and her many years of experience...seeking out the best treatment regimen for her. Dr. Crane has been following my sister and me for a few years. My sister is in a trial study recommended by Dr. Crane, and has shown notable improvement. I was able to be released from further study after testing came back negative. Dr. Crane is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians I have encountered! She is very knowledgeable about dementia care and keeps up with all the latest studies and treatments. She never makes you feel rushed, and makes sure the patient and family members understand the plan of care. She has surrounded herself with staff that are skilled and share her passion for achieving the best outcome for the patient! I would highly recommend Dr. Crane to help you navigate this difficult time in your life!

Dr. Crane is wonderful! She is very smart, friendly, and insightful. Her staff is also great! They are always friendly and helpful. Any phone calls to the office have been returned within 24 hours and with answers. Dr. Crane and her clinic work hard to provide care for her patients and it shows. We recommend her and her office to everyone without hesitation!

Dr. Crane sends patients for extensive testing, collects that data, and then you don’t see her again after that. Appointments are with her PA, they claim she reviews all records. She is a geriatric medicine doctor, not a neurologist. She seems to me to be way more interested in collecting money for her foundation than she is in caring for her patients. When we expressed interest in seeing her for an appointment after seeing the PA multiple times, we were told we would need to go to the Pat Summitt Clinic if we wanted to see an actual doctor. When we initiated that process, they drug their feet on sending the records to Pat Summitt, it was inefficient AT BEST. Would absolutely not recommend this doctor or her clinic.

Dr. Crane is everything we were told about her. She is insightful, smart, experienced in her field, so friendly and so informative. She will answer any and all of your questions even if you ask it numerous times. We have never felt rushed. Her staff and everyone there has been beyond helpful and friendly. Phone calls are always returned quickly and with answers. Dr. Crane goes above and beyond for her patients which is hard to find these days. We were recommended to her and we have and will continue to recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Crane is an amazing physician and takes her time to review a patient’s throughly. The staff is also very friendly and kind in person and over the phone. The staff responds to messages promptly and ensures you that they are diligently working to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend this office!

Navigating alzheimers is difficult for both the patient and a caregiver. Dr. Crane's knowledge, expertise, thoughtfulness and guidance make the journey much less frightening and bewildering. In a challenging field where new possibilities are just now emerging you need someone on top of their game. Dr. Crane is just that.

Dr. Crane explains so plainly that you understand exactly what its going on and answers questions so clearly. This is so reassuring to the patient and loved ones. She wants to be sure you understand clearly any suggestions and plans. We would recommend her definitely!
