Dr. Mona Zaher, MD

Incredible Dr ! I fully recommend her for any of your needs. I don't know what is wrong with the rest of the people in their reviews but she is perfect!

Awful experience. I tried to give this doctor so many chances but she failed me time after time. Every time I was there for a chemical peel, she always put makeup on me and tried to sell me her cosmetics like I was a Barbie doll. Dr. Zaher also does not care for your time. She is not even slightly punctual. One time I saw her just sitting in her car when it was time for my appointment with her. She showed up a whole hour after the appointment time. Dr. Zaher speaks to you like you are a complete idiot. A complete disappointment to the medical profession.

I went to Dr. Zaher about some spots on my face. She was so thorough and asked a ton of questions. She spent a lot of time with me!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. In all of my 40 years I've never been to such an unprofessional establishment. As for the doctor, she is rude, condescending, doesn't know about medications that she should, and most tragic of all....she doesn't listen to her patients! Every MD knows that listening to your patients is the most important thing you can do. She doesn't. Gave me an Rx for a med, when I told her I'd taken that before and it didn't work, she said take it again. Do NOT go here!

1 star is too high of a score to rate her performance. Don't waste your time or money seeing this terrible excuse for a doctor. Her staff are incompetent and not knowledgable, the wait time was unacceptable being that I was the only patient there for over an hour before being brought back to a room. As a medical professional myself I strongly advise whoever is reading this to avoid Dr Zaher like the plague, Houston is large enough, find a better dermatologist elsewhere!!

Dr. Zahar's admin staff was horrible and called and left a very nasty message on my phone, regarding a missed appointment that was waived, due to a hospital admission. Was not notified of the fee, and called a year later and was told that I owe the fee that had been previously waived. This is not a good practice and I would not recommend anyone going there. This lady who schedules the appointments was horrible. She needs to be trained efficiently with customer service.
