Unfortunate reviews in Google are true. Greedy and
Blood drawing in office lack the good standards seen at Labcorp. Vials are even opened to add more blood from another one. No gloves. They try to maximize insurance expense with unwarranted procedures. Doctor instructs PA right at the door on how to sell Tx. PA and staff more caring when doctor not in the office. These have been my experience at this office.

Rude receptionist
Couldn't even schedule an appointment (or would want to) because the person answering the phone was so rude. Unprofessional answering the phone and bad attitude. I've asked to be referred to another general surgeon. Sorry Dr. Shah, your staff ruined a lot of business for you.

Awful, aggressive physician. I saw Mona Shah when my physician’s office merged with hers. She walked into the exam room w/o introducing either herself or the scribe that followed her. Her first words to me were that I should not be taking my prescribed medicine. She continued on a 10 minute tirade. After my initial shock wore off I managed to interject that I was only following my doctor’s directions. It didn’t matter, she actually told me it was my fault my MD prescribed medication for my chronic condition. She jumped to accusations with an aggressive abusive manner. You will not receive compassionate care here.

Very knowledgeable. Thorough provider who will go out of her way to make sure I was co-ordinated for my surgery at little company of Mary hospital. She talked to orthopedic doctor prior to my surgery about my specific condition, followed up with her concerns and recommendations. No PCP will do that, they will refer patient to specialist and then let specialist do whatever they can do.

Horrible care. After three years when you are put at the back of the patient list in terms of care, hardly ever recieve critical lab or test results, told to see the P.A. or the other doctor or just go to urgent care because Dr. Shah is booked for two months. Sorry I don't appreciate being treated so poorly. Do not go to this Doctor...,

Dr. Shah is clearly very knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to providing care for her patients--and she is clearly focused on providing whole-patient care, For example, because she knew I was experienced with helping others obtain the best Med Part D, based on their needs, she asked me to explain the site to her so she could assist her patients. She also went out of her way to make it possible for me to get my Prolia shots with her office.
