Threatened to call CPS unnecessarily
Things started out ok, and we are grateful for the times we saw her, however we were really blown away when we wouldn't blindly follow her wishes and she threatened to call CPS. She used two 10 minute exams to give my daughter a severe diagnosis. She even wrongfully included a diagnosis in my daughter's chart just so we could potentially get medications that were supposedly 'hard to get.' She absolutely made a premature call. We filed a complaint and the hospital tried to brush it off. I don't know if she was irritated that we wanted to take a more comprehensive and investigative approach, but it really showed in her lack of patience with us and with the fear tactics she used to try and get us to make decisions that could potentially harm our daughter. We are on board with introducing proper medications, but not when it's forced on us without prerequisites first being met. It's hard enough as is to care for a child w/ health issues, so the last thing we need is someone making it worse.
