I've been fortunate to work with Dr Itani for the last year on a range of issues that I've dealt with my whole life including ADHD, anxiety and childhood trauma. Helping me be more AWARE combined with coping mechanisms (including CBT) allowed me (and her) to see so much growth within myself even in this short amount of time. Dr Itani is incredibly caring, non judgmental, empathetic, present in the moment and easy to open up to . I looked forward to our sessions as the highlight of my week.
