Dr. Mona Fakhry, MD

I did research prior to making an appt. with Dr. Fakhry and I chose her based off of reviews. I work in the medical field so I guess I do have higher expectations than the average person. However the bare minimum of examining a patient was not even met. I made this new patient physical exam appt. a year and a half ago (first avail). I am new to the area and wanted to establish a rapport with a Doctor because let's face it we are only getting older. Dr Fakhry was polite but she rushed through my appt. in less than 10 minutes. She did not get to know me as a patient nor did she ask about my family medical history. Those are important as anyone could imagine why. What is also important is doing a thorough physical exam especially for a new patient so you can get a baseline. I usually do not write reviews but I was extremely disappointed and do not want anyone else to go through what I did which was a waste of my time. If you only want polite then she's for you. If not chose another Dr.

DR. Fakhry, listens to me , my Concerns and most of all she has as a wonderful staff member Shammer, when you When she calls she ca call right away, the " BEST "

Dr. Fakhry and ALL her staff make me and my family feel that she part of our family, always caring and always follow up with our health condition, she spend time with us and answer all of our questions, my our health improved a lot since we started to see Dr. fakhry and listen to her advise, just such a wonderful doctor

I think Dr fakery is a wonderful caring Doctor. My family goes to her and I trust her she listens to my families concerns . I would recommend her to anyone .

After 3 calls and being on hold for 27 minutes, was told that she is not seeing new patients until 2022 (she laughed as she informed me of the date). I have Informed Blue Cross and they will be adjusting her information. Don't bother (unless you can wait a year!)

First visit Dr was very thorough and professional. The office was great too!

I have been seeing her for the past 3 years as a primary care physician and I always thought that maybe she was just having an off day. I felt that Dr. Fakhry never really explained anything to me. Time to change providers! Dr. Fakhry doesn't seem to actually care about the patient. It seems as though she is just going through the motions.

I was having some side effects of a new medications. The doctors assistant told me that the medicine prescribed does not cause those side effects even though the side effect I was having were listed on the pharmacy listed of side effect. This doctor seems to care more about prescribing medicine than to actual listen to the patient needs and finding the cause of the problem not just prescribing medicine. If you want a doctor that listens to you I would suggest you look somewhere else.

Dr. Fakhry was recommended to us when we moved to PSL 5 yrs ago. She is kind and caring, always very patient and detailed when providing medical explanations & instructions. She also provides a written transcript of her instructions which is extremely helpful. You can get test results, schedule appts., ask questions, and review your personal medical history on the online patient portal they provide. Our average wait time is approx. 15 minutes. The staff in Tradition are efficient & friendly.
