she was really thorough and took the time to talk with me after the procedure. she called with results as well. the nursing staff were great and prompt at getting me ready to be seen.

After having so many issues swallowing have finally been able to eat normally after my endoscopy.

underwent Endoscopy and very negative experience. She made an incorrect assumption immediately after procedure as to the cause and never called me back as promised but sent me a written letter one month later, despite calling several times. She promised to test biopsy for bacteria and recommended starting med for excess stomach acid. I got a second opinion and was told my problem is low acid not excess. The med would have caused more problems. I am not confident that biopsy was ever tested.
