(Con't of 12/31/18)delay/cell problems. 12/28 Told Dr forgot to write scripts due 12/27. She was informed but no replies. Daughter suffered 4 days. 12/31 office told 1 was sent to Costco. Costco got nothing. We sat in car in rain in Lanc. 2 hrs in constant contact w/office/Costco. Office didn't know where she was/not replying. We called hospital. Head of her team knows daughter is patient for yrs. sent scripts to Costco. 2 hrs later good results! Broke my heart watching daughter in such pain.
