Tried Over Charging
Multiple times they told me my cost would be one thing like the office visit amount was $30 and the colonoscopy was 100% covered, and then, later came back and tried to charge me a higher amount for the office visit and that the colonoscopy would not be covered 100%, despite asking them to verify all this upfront, which apparently, they didn't bother to do.

Great experience
Dr. Kola performed a colonoscopy on me yesterday. He was very professional and asked me if had any questions both before and after the procedure. The recovery room and facility was much better than that of another gastroenterology business that I had used several times in the past. The nurses that assisted Dr. Kola were also very good at their respective jobs. I recommend Dr. Kola to anyone seeking to have a colonoscopy.

The doctor is fine; the office is NOT recommended
We have visited Dr Kola and he was fine but the office never answers the phone or gets back to you. They lie about refunding you if you over pay even with proof from the insurance. The office manager Jerry and billing manager swathi are terrible and don’t call you back even when promised. Do not go here. You won’t get your money they owe you back.
