I don't even know or remember seeing this physician. I have insurance, so if I did see him , my insurance would have covered the visit. No one would call me back after several attempts to reach his billing office , yet I was sent to collections for 500.00. They can call collections but not call back their patients to explain or even tell them if and where they were treated by this doctor?

Never met the man, but got a bill. Insurance company said he submitted incorrect paper work and when contacted he refused to submit the correct paper work. Some kind of scam.

This doctor started sending me bills which were for 'services' provided over 14 months ago. I reluctantly paid the first one, and sure enough I just received another one. We have no way of knowing who he is, or why this doctor is suddenly sending us bills. I called the billing questions phone number on the bill countless times and no one answers. How convenient. We will spend our time and money fighting his unscrupulous practices rather than give him one more dime.

Terrible. This Doctor sent me a bill for $500 with no detail of what service was provided. The number on his invoice was not working, and the address was for a medical facility where he hadn't worked for 2 years. Although it appears that the bill is for a consult at Baptist hospital emergency, that is in-plan for my Blue Cross insurance, Dr. Touheed is not in-plan, and charged twice the going rate for his consultation. Unresponsive and unprofessional.
