Delayed response to phone calls. Too busy to see patients and listen to complaints andd so concerns. I won’t recommend this doctor.

Terrible management, unclean office, unprofessional mannerism by the fornt desk people. No social distancing, huge lines, won't take phone call or return phone calls.

CORONA VIRUS IS GOING AROUND RIGHT NOW. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PATIENTS? This doctor has no system. There is no social distancing and sometimes patients even take off masks. NO SAFETY IN A DOCTORS OFFICE!!!! EVERYONE IS RUDE! NO ONE HELPS YOU. Front desk ladies are all mean. they talk to you with a nasty tone and they do not offer any help. the people who take your blood pressure and give vaccines are so careless. They hurry and do not care about the patient. whenever we give forms to fill out, it takes more than 2 weeks. it is never on time. WHY?!!! the doctor and his wife are ok doctors. NOT GREAT. they are average. My mother is dr.rumanas patient. My mother is so old but she still get bad treatment!! THE WHOLE OFFICE IS GARBAGE.

Long wait time. staff are rude, difficult to make an appointment and takes whole day to see the patient even though patient needs quick attention and already schedule the appointment. The office environment and system is the worst one i have ever seen. The doctor and his wife (they both are doctor) are good not great but don't care much about the patient.

Pretty unclean, reception and workers are complete trash and have horrible manners. The doctor seems decent. However, has horrible taste and choice in who works for him. I don't really care for the qualifications those "workers" have, but they do not know how to treat patients, they think in the whole world they are the only ones employed and working, and they think that the office is their home where they can talk however they want and mess around while laughing loud.

No body pick up phone for appointments, but take 100 walking patients per day.

Good doctor. no complain about Doctor. but office environment is not good. little space ,not enough sit for patient. long waiting time ,even if you have an appointment you have to wait for 2.5 hr. front desk girls are not welcoming attitude, sometimes little rude , not gentle. patient management system is bad. the take walking patient but waiting time 2/3 hr.
