DO NOT GO TO BRINTON LAKE IMAGING. DO NOT HAVE DR. MOHAMMED NAWAS TREAT/READ YOUR FILMS. I am a breast cancer survivor-3 years.I found a lump in the back of my left ear and saw my PCP who ordered a MRI of soft tissue of the neck with and without IV contrast. I had decided to pay out of pocket for this imaging study. I called up and set my appt with Brinton Lake Imaging. I was asked to come in at 7:45 am .I came early at 7:40 am.I changed out of my clothes into my gown. I waited and then was told by the assistant that MRI Rx was not written right. I told her that my PCP had tried to put in the EMR system, but there was no place to click the study. My PCP gave the verbal order and I was told that "my time window had passed" and that the MRI would not be done. I was told to leave. Dr. Nawas did not want to take any extra time to do my study even though I was early for my appt I have never treated my patients like this. Yes,I am a physician and I have never treated my patients like this.
