Good doctor, but the amount of time you spend in the waiting room is insane. Appointment times are arbitrary because you show up for a 9:30 appointment and will be seen an hour later

Can in once waited an hour for him, then came back in 2weeks later. Was told I had to have a test before I could be seen. Nobody told me that!!! I was told to get the test & come back in another 2weeks. The waiting room was full with no chairs. It turned one around & she started to tell me I couldn’t do that but changed her mind. The waiting time for the doctor was 2hrs!! I left & called them told how bad the help was & I wouldn’t wait for any doctor for 2 hrs. They need better help!!!

I had an appointment for today at 9am. Knowing I'd have paperwork for my initial appointment, I came in at 8:45am. After completing my documentation, I waited until 10:25 am. At that time, I was given a room to go to. By 10:30 am and not getting any medical attention I walked out. Furious that I had waited an hour and a half. HOW RUDE!

I had canceled my appointment, at my appointment, because I didn’t have a mask. They said, “you must have a mask to enter,” I told the receptionist “i forgot it.” I then asked “if i could have one” and she responded with “we don’t have any.” A doctor’s office that doesn’t have masks. She told me, “you’re going to have to reschedule,” so I canceled. I’ll go to Phoenix, where I won’t have to reschedule due to mask.

Dr. Solimon himself is good at his profession. If you have the time I would recommend him. But that is a big IF. I'm not sure where in the office the problem comes from, but it seems to be standard practice that you will spend 1 hour or more waiting after you show up on time or early for your appointment. (Any time of day). Other than that he is professional and good at what he does.

I decided to become a patient of Dr. Soliman, after speaking with other health providers in the Yuma area. All the health care providers that I've spoken to recommended I see Dr. Solimon. Dr. Solomon is the sole practitioner in his office. He doesn't use nurse practitioners to take care of the load. You're seen by a physician and treated by a physician. And this being said. You may have to wait a longer time to see him. But he takes the time to address all your questions and concerns.

He was the attending Dr when my husband went into the hospital through the emergency room. We met him in my husband's room and he explained what procedure was required to identify the problem. After the procedure he came to me and explained in great detail the bladder problems and what he had done. He also showed me pictures of the inside of my husbands bladder before and after the procedure. Dr was very good about explaining it all to me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in Yuma.
