Metro Vein Clinic at Whit Rock
First of all let me say that I feel very appreciated. When I arrived for my first visit (by the way it is complimentary) I was welcomed by Moon, Lizet, and Daniells at the front desk. Their smiles, willingness to help, and politeness made me feel welcome. Then I met Dr. Sidiquee, and he explained everything to me I had to know for my future visits. When I left I got a nice welcome bag with goodies and beautiful water bottle. On my second appointment, I again was welcomed with smiles by the staff. Dr. Sidiqee explained every step before the procedure. This took away my anxiety. Emmanuel was very helpful putting the stocking on on my leg.I would never say this, but I am looking forward to come back to Metro Vein Clinic at White Rock. I like the positive environment. It makes me feel good and appreciated.

Prescribed the wrong medications
Had a video visit (spent literally 5mins), he ended prescribing the wrong medication (which is an OTC) for watery eye, also there is no way of contacting him back.

I went to Dr Sidiquee in April for pain in my lower back and right hip. He prescribed me pain medicine and an Anti- Inflammatory and a X Ray. He recommended I go to Physical Therapy. I called 3 days later talk to his nurse to tell her I was still in a lot of pain, she said give it a week to work in my body. But Dr. Sidiquee wants you to go to P T. I went to Physical Therapy twice I was in so much pain I was in tears, he or his nurse never suggest to make a follow up appointment. I really didn't feel he was concerned or caring of how much pain I was in as a patient. I didn't feel the warmth, he needs to work on his people skills. I made an appointment with another Orthopedic Doctor, he immediately changed my pain medicine wrote a prescription to have a MRI done he said that's the only way we will find out what's causing the pain. I felt the difference immediately!!! he took the time to listen how I was feeling and he told me to discard P T because I was in so much pain.
