Dr Kagzi is very thorough and personable as well as his Nurse Practitioners. I would highly recommend this office for primary and sleep disprder.

Telehealth
Dr Kagzi: service is terrible. They charge for every little thing you need for the machine.. if they could get away with selling you a paper clip they’ll do it Dr kagzi I stop going many months ago He charged me for the mask for the machine that and I told him about it. I paid it $28.50. I explained to him you give me a credit for what I purchase cause it was wrong. The 28.dollar was better for him than building insurance hundreds of dollar for unnecessary work..for Dr kagzi be a lesson to you Doctor.Pennywise a dollar Foolish. and your office help very arrogant. You should clean house start over doctor..

Poor communication and seems to believe that sleep apnea is the only possible cause of chronic insomnia.

Horrible Staff and CPAP supply experience
Dr. Kagzi is good however the staff is extremely disrespectful. They will punish you by keeping you waiting for 2 hour if you are 7 mins late for the appointment. When I asked the time when will the doctor will be able to see me the Nurse became argumentative and said you were late so you will have to wait. She also said lets go and see the camera footage to humiliate me even further. I felt disrespected. I just asked a question politely and I was ill treated.Never got my CPAP supplies on time. I have to call and follow up with the doctor’s office frequently. I have been using the CPAP device given to me by the doctor for last 8 months and i have only got the supplies once after I called them every day for a week.

I have been patient of Dr Wagner in Dr Kagzi office for last decade. I always see Dr.Wagner as he is real professional and does his jobs thoroughly. But since last two times Dr. Kagzi takes over my appointment with Dr Wagner and does not do his job. Literally he finished my annual physical exam in 10 secs. He did not do any physical exam test. whereas Dr. Wagner will take almost 15 minutes to do all the routine checkup and make sure he answers all my concerns. Almost Dr. Kazgi is a cheater and a salesman who was trying to sell his sleep apnea diagnosis kit to me. My suggestion to Dr, Kagzi is that treat your patient for what they are there not try to sell something else that they may not want. Build trust with patients not try to rip them off. I am so disgusted by his attitude that i can tell that he is not worth be a doctor.

I had asked for a change in my supplies and the Doctor was "not available" so the office manager said he would do me a favor and e-mail the authorization to the supplier with reluctance . he never did, which suspected. so I contacted the supplier and they had sent him three different times for the authorization and no response.

They have an inappropriate survey asking personal questions like religion for a regular check up. The girl taking a blood sample was horrible, she almost forgot to use the tourniquet. She burst a vein in a my arm and left a big bruise-lasted over a week. I've NEVERbruised like that before in my life. She entered a medication into the computer that wasn't mine. The doctor diagnosed me with sleep apnea with no valid reasons just so he could get more money for sleep study. He was rude too.
