I recently had a breast reduction at AMAE Med Spa with Dr. Ali, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. From my initial consultation, the entire staff was incredibly personable and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. Dr. Ali took the time to listen carefully to my goals and concerns, explaining every step of the process in detail. He made me feel truly understood and valued, and he’s incredibly responsive to messages—quickly replying whenever I had questions or concerns. Dr. Ali treats you like more than just a patient; he genuinely cares, making you feel as if you’re someone in his innermost circle. The procedure went smoothly, and I was amazed to experience zero pain from day one. My results are beyond my expectations—my new shape is perky, round, and natural-looking. I feel like a whole new person, full of confidence and excitement. AMAE Med Spa and Dr. Ali have exceeded every expectation, and I am thrilled to have found my surgeon for life!

The worst doctor ever. Don’t be fooled by the reviews, it’s all been written by his staff and relatives. Charged me 13000 dollars for breast lift , implants and arm lift. Woke up to know he didn’t do the lift, he inserted the tear shaped implants instead of round. The arms and breasts are sagging. I have tried talking to him to either fix or return my money, he refused to and now after almost 2 years of not going anywhere with that doctor, I have to Warn people from going to him. He will say so much before the surgery, he even signed on the contract at the hospital that he will be doing this this and that, but he simply didn’t. BE AWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOUR BODY, TRUST ME , YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE HORRIBLE RESULTS, YOU WILL EMOTIONALLY SUFFER AND HE SIMPLY DOES NOT CARE AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY.

I would give Dr. Ali and his staff 10 stars if I could! I went to him to repair a mistake by another surgeon. I had a very hard time finding a surgeon I could trust after having such a bad experience with my first plastic surgeon. But I trusted Dr. Ali the first time I met him. I had a difficult to fix complication, but he was able to give me the exact results that I wanted and I couldn't be happier! He is so friendly, knowledgable, and compassionate.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Ali's office, everyone was friendly, which helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. I met with Dr. Ali to have breast augmentation. Dr. Ali is not only a wonderful person, and caring doctor, but he is always very professional and pays attention to detail. He wanted to be sure that I was 100 percent happy with my results - which I was. I would, and have, recommended him to my friends and family.

Dr. Ali is great! He's friendly yet professional. He's very thorough and does an EXCELLENT job of explaining his treatment plan with me patently if applicable. Dr. Ali forced me to use Anatomical implants when I only wanted round...my results were not what I wanted. I kept telling him this and he kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my results. 3 yrs later I hate the way my breasts look even more. I was told by two Plastic Surgeons this year, that I have a waterfall deformity now, due to the fact that a breast lift was not done when I had the implants and that Anatomical implants were used. I asked Dr ALi for a lift, he said I did not need one

Dr. Ali and his team preformed a double nipple sparring mastectomy with reconstruction surgery on me. I currently have tissue expanders due to radiation treatments and I have not missed a beat; the expanders mimic my original breasts. Dr. Ali is very compassionate and supportive. I look forward to seeing him for the expander replacement for final breast implants. He helped me look and feel normal during the hardest time of my life. I highly recommend Dr. Ali.

Dr Ali just finished a procedure for me. I had it done at the "Alice Gustafson Center" in Pontiac. Dr. Ali was so kind, and so professional. He made me feel so comfortable, and I knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs, or wants any procedure done!!! The operation he did on me is looking, and feeling great. What an amazing experience! From my first appointment for a consult to my one week post op and everything in between. Dr. Ali has a wonderful bedside manner and I felt he considered what was in my best interest as far as my procedure was concerned. He is a wonderful surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a skilled surgeon who cares about his patients.
