After leaving a request for an inhaler (based on previous physician advice) Dr. Perak (Kaiser) called in less than an hour to ask follow-up questions and define the need. In this uncertainty about the virus pandemic, this was a very reassuring action.

Dr. Perak was my doctor for over 10 years in Kansas. We adored him, the whole community did. He is smart as a whip, available to his patients, and always remembered to ask about my hobby, gardening. I felt like Dr. Perak treated me as a whole person, instead of just an elderly man with a heart condition. I was checking these reviews hoping to see if my favorite doctor was moving back to KS! Denver, you are lucky to have him!

My husband and I started seeing Dr. Perak about a year ago. My husband was having complications with his type 2 diabetes and hypertension. Very quickly, Dr. Perak indentified some potential problems, and my husband has vastly improved. We have been very pleased with how Dr P has listened to our concerns and feel that he genuinely cares about our issues. We like him so much that my father in law has started seeing him too.

After changing jobs my husband and I had to find a new primary Dr. and the Kaiser E. Alameda clinic was very close to our home so we chose to find a doctor at this location. Among the doctors we heard several profiles and choose Dr.Perak due to the fact that he spent several years near my home town in Kansas in private practice. We felt that credentials along with a certain commonality was important to have. We were very disappointed at this Dr.'s lack of personality or decency to my husband.
