Dr. Mitra delivered my son. He was an emergency C-section. I had an amazing experience. I was only uncomfortable for 2 days! She is an amazing doctor and really makes her patients feel that she cares. She is kind and gentle and treats everyone as individuals. I would recommend her to anyone. I had to see another doctor in the practice one time and it was terrible. I couldn't wait for her to come back.

I usually have to wait, but I understand. This is an OB/GYN and they get called over to the hospital for patients in labor or having difficulties. I know time is precious to a new baby and mom when its an unexpected complication. I know I may have to wait but if it were me in labor I would want my doctor.

I met with Dr. Mitra one time and that was all it took. Lack of follow through and lack of care was apparent. She failed to call in prescriptions like she said she would. Her MA, Teresa, is terrible and was condescending and rude. Most importantly, Dr. Mitra was supposed to refer me to a specialist. After 2 days of waiting for an appointment date / time I called the office and and somehow the referral wasn't in my chart.

I went to go to Dr. Nassiraee for a check-up with my pregnancy. My normal doctor was on vacation. She had me waiting over an hour and my normal doctor was called in for my appointment. Apparently, Dr. Nassiraee was doing personal errands and having me wait a ridiculous amount of time for nothing. This was so rude and unprofessional of her. I will never go to her again and will recommend other doctors to my friends.
