I agree that his epidural procedures is spot on I had a nerve block that’s lasted over eight years on the right side but no one could block the left side he probably could have if the front office at the messed up the billing that stopped me from going to his office it’s a shame! Because he did have skills when it came to the epidurals even though the only way you can get your meds were to have the epidurals but I thank God for the block I received on the right side!

You know what they call the person who graduates at the bottom of their class from medical school? Doctor...Simons. This man needs re-educated. He botched up an epidural steroid injection on me, and now I'll live the remainder of my life in intractable pain with severe adhesive arachnoiditis and incomplete paralysis. Thanks, "Doctor" Simons! He pushes ESIs like an assembly line ($$), maintains that they are safe and FDA approved (they are NOT), and is holding people's medication hostage if they refuse injections (for legitimate reasons) that they don't need and are contraindicated. Why hasn't the Government investigated this quack yet? During the procedure, when he messed up my ESI, he started screaming, "I DON'T MAKE MISTAKES!" His arrogance is ridiculous. Heed my advice...if you want actual pain management, do NOT go to "Doctor" Simons. He does more harm than good.

Horrible! When I no longer needed pain treatment after a surgery I thought he would ,b happy & would help me wean off drugs. No, he said I still needed them. I weaned myself off. He gave the most painful injections I've ever had. I now wonder about what was really in the injections. All the injections over the years caused aseptic necrosis of my hip. I've had 3 surgeries to fix it. Total aseptic necrosis, NO bone left. Rude man, filthy office, horrible staff. He wasn't allowed to be in exam room

Overall good. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I already had my MRI reports. I had several epidurals over the years. They helped a lot but unfortunately short lived relief. My degenerative disc and arthritis is too advanced. His epidural technique is spot on, he is highly skilled and excellent.

Dr. Simons was an all around bad experience. He never took x-rays he never looked at my spinal issues and I have degenerative disc disease. when I would go to his office to wait people would be outside in the parking lot waiting for hours to see him. He never listened to me and after about six months I had to find another doctor. He was the worst experience I've ever had with the doctor. It took me awhile to get over dealing with him.

i think mitchell is a rude inconsiderate Dr. He is only interested in getting thru as many patients as humanly possible in every given day. if you dare ask a question he will berate you. I opted for a soinal implant over fusion. It almost killed me. my first day home from surgery i woke with a fever of 106. I had emergency surgery to remove it.. I recommend Dr Kendall Hansen located in Crestview hills KY.. He is amazing.

All of the above about Dr. Simon is true. He is jerk, a bully, he will not lisen to you and he will berate you if you question him and doesn't listen to anything you might have to say. However, he is a wiz at giving the epidural injections...which you will HAVE to get in order to stay. I benefit from them but I'm not everyone. His staff is very friendly and accommodating, I give them 5*. I give him as a person and caregiver -100,000,000 stars. Look elsewhere if you can. Best of wishes.

BEWARE... THIS DOCTOR IS ONLY GOING TO GIVE YOU SHOTS AND WHEN YOU SAY NO THEN HE WILL KICK YOU OUT...CINCINNATI'S WORST DOCTOR AWARD.. Honestly please stay away and find another pain management Doctor . This Doctor is only going to stick you and then tell you either you have the Spinal Cord Stimulator implanted in your body or you will have to find another Doctor because all he does is procedures not just give you medicine or treatments that may help you get relief from the pain ..RUN AWAY

I would not recommend this doctor at all!! Beware he does not care about his patients or his staff! He does not listen at all to your real needs ! He is all about the money !!!! He is needle happy with giving patient blocks in their back and changing your medicine around even if the current one works great just to get you to come every 2 weeks so he can charge for more visits! He is not a caring doctor at all!!

Awful experience. I felt more like a science project than a patient. Every visit I had with him, he'd change my meds even though I told him what seemed to work and what didn't. Just very confusing. Then he'd accuse me of self medicating if I questioned him. He's a buffoon. A silly little man with a certificate on the wall. Anytime you go to the office its over booked. Very long wait for patients who actually need the help as opposed to the basic drug addicts looking for narcotics. Stay Away!

I wouldn't take my dog to Dr. Simons (and I use that term loosely)! He's only concerned about getting ppl in and out and getting paid. The most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. NO ONE cares about the patient, seek treatment elsewhere.

I've seen Simons for over a year and a half. In that time, I have come to the decision that he lacks the morality that one expects from a medical doctor. I let him bully me into surgery that I did not want and had him hold my medication hostage if I didn't start using the device he implanted, which had moved and no longer affected the correct area of my spine. I have been routinely over charged for times when I only saw the PA. I have so much more to say but no room. DO NOT SEE HIM!!

Very distrusting assumes every new patient is just looking for pain meds once he gets MRI results he automatically wants to do injections until he can't do anymore then he tells you he has to install a stim unit and if you refuse he won't see you anymore. Comes across as only interested in getting money not getting you out of pain.
