I found Dr. Preston at Mercy and followed him to Northwest - Eastside. Rather than just start a conversation about losing weight, he asked where I was in my weigh journey. He listened to my initial less focused interest in losing weight and challenged me to 10 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. He has navigated me to a back specialist and offered praise when my weight did go down. At my annual physical he offered suggestions of areas I may want to work on but emphasized that they would be my goals. I'd say give him a try if you're looking for a new doctor.

Worst dr ever he didn’t like the fact I wouldn’t take a flu shot and I told him I was having severe migraines and he revoked my driving privileges without even diagnosing me .

Poor excuse for a doctor. Didn't care about severe back pain, and a previous xray showing a strong possibility of having scoliosis. Literally was harrassing, and almost yelling because of being overweight (apparently that's my only problem), was told I'm just lazy and wasting his time. Wrote 3 months worth of blood pressure meds and told me to not come back until I've lost weight, and have a real problem. Will never see him again

If I could give a negative review I would. Preston is not my dr. I saw him once when my dr of many years was out for an emergency. During the appt he changed the rx my doc and I had set for 2 years and prescribed me a rx even though I told him I had tried it at the start of my diagnosis in the trial and error of rx (8 total and 2 Injections) to find the right one that helped and I couldn't take it cause I had such bad side effects. Oh and it's a $568 p/month rx opposed to my $68 rx that worked.

Dr.Preston does not like to be agreed with. If he recommends a flu shot, he expects you to take it. If you disagree with him at two appointments, he will remove you as a patient at Omni Medical even though you've been a patient since they opened their doors with no late payments. Omni will not even ask for your side of the story.
