Dr. Jacobs is a gem. I couldn't believe how concerned and caring he was. He actually listened to my husband and answered all his questions. We did not feel rushed and we felt he really cared about us. We need more doctors like Dr. Jacobs. Would highly recommend him.

I met Dr Jacobs while I was in the hospital for covid-related pulmonary embolisms, and have seen him a few times since for follow-ups and also for treating my sleep apnea. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He explains everything in detail, and answers any questions I have. He is refreshingly positive and kind. Everything you're looking for in a doctor! I completely trust him with my care, and would refer anyone to him with confidence! His staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Jacobs is a wonderful doctor who really takes the time to listen and always creates a clear plan that works for you as an individual. I never feel rushed or judged. He managed to finally get my asthma that was wildly out of control when we met to something that is manageable and livable.

Met Dr Jacob's went I was recovering from COVID in the hospital late Nov and early Dec. Was very kind and thorough during the visits. Since I've been home I have seen him twice. Both times he treated me with respect and kindness and did not rush thru the exam or explanations and answered any questions my daughter or I had. I was treated like a person, not walking dollars signs. I feel very blessed to have had him take care of me and I highly, highly recommend him. Thank you Dr Jacob's very much.
