Dr. Mitchell Donner, MD

Changed all my plan of care when transferred in from out of state. Discontinued all previous medication Placed on new med with bad side effects Can never reach a nurse when needed. Have yet to have one call me, a new patient with some serious questions, back. Dr Donner is very personable. You will like him. But why did he change everything when it was working fine? Why didn’t he give me a few visits to get to know me and my condition better? I didn’t get enough info on this new med. After not being able to sleep for 3 weeks because it interferes with your sleep/wake cycle i could not take it. I needed to stop it and called to ask what to do. Of course no one has called me back. I would not recommend his office for that reason. Doctors have forgotten that patient care is not 9-5. Even though I called 9-5 I still got no response. They say it takes 24 hours to respond. I have waited and waited. And if you call on a Friday you are in deep trouble, my friend.

One of the finest Dr's that I've ever met start to finish! Absolutely love him and his concern for his patients. You are the best I've ever had to care for my back and keep me off the operating table! I'm blessed to have you Dr Donner, thanks .

This is like another family for me and I am so grateful for the entire team. I am very picky but I highly recommend them and the office in Stockbridge. I'm a difficult stick when I have procedures but they are so kind. Mrs. Dee, Rebecca, Bre, Nicki, Tanya,Angela and All of my team are great! This is only a few. Going to sleep singing before the procedure really does help. Thanks. I can't thank you enough for your genuine care shown for me. Very informative. Dr Donner take time with his patients. Nice environment

I felt totally demeaned and discouraged when I left there after my 1st, possibly last visit. This joker told me my pain doesn’t fit his protocol. Wth? I’ve had severe injuries from a head on car crash that put me in a wheelchair for almost a year. Many surgeries before that and after. Metal hardware was put in my knee to replace a crushed kneecap, and my ankle was dislocated during the accident therefore I couldn’t walk at all for 9 months. I ended up finding out after I begin to walk again that I had injured my neck and back during this accident. Herniated and bulging discs, sciatica that caused foot drop syndrome on my right leg. During one of the MRI’s they found that I had nodules in my thyroid, which eventually turned out to be follicular and papillary cancer. Since the accident I have either developed or have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, degenerative disc disease, I have had fractures to my ribs, and compression fractures to my back due to domestic violence.

Doctor Donner and the entire staff at Pain Care are beyond reproach. His attention to every detail, knowledge, and true care for me and my health is incredible. It is always a pleasure to get such world class medical attention with a smile.

Dr Donner is one of the most caring doctors I have ever been to.
