Dr. Mitchell Birt, MD

Dr. Birt was rude, arrogant, and dismissive—even when the MRI clearly showed an injury and a tear in my shoulder. He seems more focused on getting money from workers' comp than fulfilling his oath as a doctor. His bedside manner is terrible.I've had injections done at the Mayo Clinic, where the professionalism and care were on a completely different level, with a full staff assisting. In contrast, Dr. Birt had me sit at the edge of a table, poked around with a needle, and the pain was unbearable.Worst of all, he outright said he doesn’t care what I say because he just doesn’t believe me—despite the MRI proving my injury. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

I used Dr Birt for my carpal tunnel surgery in 2022. He did an awesome job. Very professional and thorough. All the staff were very nice too. I can’t even see the mark on my hand where the procedure was done, and it took less time than expected to recover. Thank you, Dr. Birt.

Crushed my hand literally and he saved all but one finger when I thought the whole hand was gone, did a great job I still got a long road and still 1 more surgery but after the first I wouldn’t want another to do it , super nice never rushes and explains answers in terms you understand not doctor lingo
