Unresponsive and unconcerned doctor.
Dr. Kling is pretty poor in responding to his patients. I have been calling him for over a week to have a prescription renewed that I am out of. When he FINALLY responded, he was unable to tell me what pharmacy the prescription had been sent to and told me he'd have his staff let me know. By the end of day, NO ONE CALLED. Neither pharmacy I use has the prescription. What a useless doctor he is. I am actively seeking to have my care move to another doctor and NOT AT ROWAN.
