Dr. Misha Peter is awesome BUT her staff and office help will not answer phone, will not call back when you leave a message, make it impossible to make an appointment, and would not correspond with medical supply vendor to approve equipment. TOTAL FAILURE

Dr. Peter did not do the authorization for my CPAP mask, so I did not get it. I needed another home sleep study, and she did not get that authorized. I needed a prescription authorized with my mail-in pharmacy, and she did not do that. 100 percent failure rate.

Dr Peters is brilliant but I had a bad experience
Dr Peters is brilliant but I had a bad experience trying to get a sleep study. Taked with 14 differrent people over the course of two months who were insanely imcompentent and after two motnhs canceled and told them to stop contacting me. This office only wants to proscribe CPAP devices and didn’t show any intereest in alternatives (quiting drinking, changing diet, etc). They were insistant that I pay the bill for the 5min bad advice session but of course I can’t communicate my frustration with Dr Peters. A giant, expensive waste of time. Another expample of how awful American medicine can be.

Dr. Peter's appointment staff is incompetent and unhelpful. They promised me an end of year appointment. then 2 days later indicated they actually did not have any more appointments available.
