Jessica is rude
Jessica at the front desk was so rude and condescending! I would seriously consider not going back despite the fact that Dr. Warren herself is amazing. The last thing you want to deal with when you are not on good health are staff with zero patience and a bad attitude. Why even be in the business of helping people. Shame on you Jessica!

Yet another 'cholesterol is evil' doc...
Another statinator who incorrectly thinks LDL & cholesterol is causative in heart disease and that mitochondrial poisons (also known as statins), with their 1% survival rate improvement, are necessary. Won't be returning.

Not prepared
Reminds of students who study an hour before an exam and barely pass. She never reviewed my chart to see why I was there and made decisions without explaining why her decision was the best. Lack of empathy.

Dr. Warren is Great!
Dr. Warren is AMAZING. The people out front should not deter you from the fact that she is a great doctor!! She is patient, kind and caring. Highly recommend her. NOTE: I am recommending her not the front staff.

No follow-up
I can’t in good faith recommend this practice. I have been trying since October to get a form for a simple DME/ Medical supply request signed for my disabled son. The office seems very disorganized and it’s impossible to reach anyone via phone. I did not have these issues with NIMA. After a year of trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, the search for a different physician is underway l

Disrespectful staff member
My boyfriend went to see Dr Warren today for a 3 month checkup. While there he was asked to have blood work done. The person taking his blood felt the need to tell him sexual jokes. This was VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I DID NOT FIND THIS FUNNY OR AMUSING. what gave this person the right to think this was ok, funny or necessary to say? Are your employees aware of sexual harassment? I am appalled at this behavior! I will be calling the office manager in the morning to file a complaint. I feel an apology should be given and this employee needs to be reprimanded. I work with the public daily and my employer would fire me if this happened in their office! This employee definitely needs special training on how to conduct yourself professionally in the office!

Do not recommend
The office experience as a whole is terrible. The front staff is rude and disorganized the majority of the time. When calling the office in the past I have been on hold for 20+ minutes multiple times and even have been hung up on while waiting. I have also received multiple calls about an inquiry on the patient portal after it had already been resolved by another staff member. I was a patient of another doctor and when they left the practice I was transferred to Dr. Warren. In our first meeting she asked me no questions about my medical history or personal questions. I felt dismissed as a patient and was given the standard line of "exercise more and come back in 6 months." The staff then scheduled me for a date 3 months out without checking dates with me and then told me, while I was in the office, that I would have to call them to change the appointment. I have not been back since and I would not recommend this office.

Dr. Warren is excellent.
Dr. Warren is excellent. Masks and noisy phone conversations in the reception area make it difficult to understand requests for information or instructions given by staff.

If you are looking for a primary care physician continue your search elsewhere. This practice has a tendency to lie to patients directly and cancel appointments erroneously. The front staff is very rude as they want you to share your personal/confidential detail across the waiting room. My doctor would not see me in person after having a chronic cough for 18 days and three negative PCR tests. I ended up finding out I have a severe case of bronchitis and developing pneumonia from my allergy doctor as she gave me a treatment plan as my Primary Care Physician refused to see me. My wife had a similar interaction with this practice, we had tried to give them a second chance. The doctor that I had as a PCP is Miriam Warren
