I found Dr. Nolte herself to be very good. All of the things you want from a doctor: listens, thinks, makes recommendations, and discusses options with you. However, it's been hit-or-miss with some of the other doctors and PAs in the office, and I find the office has a distinct religious/political vibe that could be unwelcoming to those with different inclinations.
