1 star only because 0 wasn’t an option!!!
I am writing this review on my mother’s behalf. My mom went in mid June for an appointment with Dr Brandon. She sat in the room typing up notes as my mom talked and not a single time during that appointment did she do any type of physical exam on her. My mom had been experiencing back pain, major stomach pain and rapid weight loss. These are signs and symptoms personally I feel like would be a red flag for a Doctor but instead she just told her to take stool softeners and sent her on her way. Here we are a month later, my mom ended up back at the office because she woke up and noticed her eyes were jaundice. She ended up being cared for by a PA who acted quickly with tests which resulted in her finding a mass on my moms pancreas which was also causing an obstruction of her bile duct. My moms diagnosis.. stage 4 pancreatic cancer. This is what you call NEGLECT on Dr Brandons part for not being proactive when my mom first came in with these symptoms. I would not recommend to anyone.

Caring, knowledgable and great chair-side manner!
Dr. Brandon keeps up to date on her medical knowledge as science on medicine is ever changing. She has been my doctor for 10+ years. I eat a ketogenic diet and have for over 3 years. She is supportive and I have lost over 60 pounds. I am a healthy 64 year old, so I see her only once a year typically. Her office is efficient and no real wait time. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Sent my mother home with a prescription for antibiotics- my mom has had a fever for 2 weeks, aches, chills, and coughing. up. blood. They didn’t give her oxygen or take blood. Can’t believe the unprofessional treatment, my dog gets more attention at the vet.

I have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Brandon and her staff. I’m able to get an appointment when I need one, feel welcomed to this practice and most importantly listened too. I appreciate having my lab work and xrays at the same facility.

From day one, Dr. Brandon and her staff has been excellent! Dr. Brandon took the time from my very 1st visit to sit down and talk with me regarding my thyroid concerns. And the family history with different ailments. She takes the time to get to know each patient and is generally interested with you. A family member recommended her to me and I would gladly recommend her to everyone I know.

The experience with Dr. Brandon has been atrocious, and with the nurse Nicki on top of that it has elevated beyond words. From refusal to run recommended tests, sending confidential patient information to unauthorized family, sending prescriptions to said family when specified not to, and when a nurse insults you over the phone and you request a supervisor, they dismiss you from the practice. I do not recommend them for both medical and professional reasons. By far the worst experience.
