Very helpful and thorough! Me and my family loves Dr. Magsino. She takes her time to listen to all my health complaints/issues and answers all my questions. She is a doctor I trust.

Called in for med refill (glipizide) pharmacy said she (magsino) stated she isn't my doctor? What? What is your name doing on my med bottle then?

The worst Doctor/patient experience that I have ever had. Very poor communication with both the Doctor, and the staff. Was refused an appointment and/or medication when sick. I was 'let go' from the Practice with a 30 day service promise, giving me time to find another Physician that was not honored and was left without insulin for seven days as a result. Released for having a consultation with another Doctor, and told that I was confirmed with said Doctor, hence my release. Not true. Terrible.
