Dr. Minky Saini, MD

Dr. Saini is an intelligent and caring doctor. My experience with her have always been satisfactory. She listens to my concerns and explains information in depth. She always makes sure that any questions or concerns are addressed and that is always a reassuring feeling as a patient of hers. Her attention to detail no matter how small makes me feel satisfied when I’ve had appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Saini to friends and family.

Dr Saini is great! She providers great patient care and has such a good bedside manner. I would highly recommended her!

Dr. Saini was my primary care provider. I always felt like she heard my concerns and addressed them. She is very thorough and shows compassion . She even called me personally to deliver my results to me over the phone. Even when I sent her a message with a medical question on the patient portal l, I heard back from her within an hour or two max. It’s great to have trust in your Dr. And know that you will be taken care of, Anyone would be considered fortunate to be under her care.

I went in for a follow-up visit to Dr Saini because me previous provider was no longer with CHI. The purpose was simply to get a prescription for a travel CPAP which they would not provide without an appointment given a few years had passed. From the beginning I was kept waiting and asked questions which were irrelevant to my situation. The doctor finally arrived, I explained why I was there, she did a general exam and left the room. After 10-15 minutes had passed and no one came into the room, I peeked my head out and got someone's attention who told me we were done and I could leave. The doctor simply walked about with no explanation of next steps. A few weeks later I got my bill for $470!!!!!! For a simple follow up visit! And was the "negotiated rate" with my insurance company! I can only imagine what they charge patients who don't have insurance. For what I received, this was a grossly inflated office charge. I will no be going back. I wish I had read these reviews prior.

Dr. Minky Saini is ok as a general doctor for regular health issues, she has a pleasant demeanor. She doesn’t always listen or take the time to really know who you are and your past medical history to address your current issues. In the past 5 years she has only actually physically examined me about 5 times very briefly. However in the last year she has finally started understanding my issues and began addressing them! I am not sure she clearly understands all the issues of Aging Seniors? Having said that, I do know that many of the younger patients seem to like her very much! I am very thankful for her fast responses to messages through patient portal. Regardless I do wish her the very best in her new job??

Dr Saini has been my doctor for a few years. I have no confidence in her anymore. She doesn’t listen to what patient tries to convey. She takes notes, but doesn’t physically assess patient as I believe a doctor should during an appointment. She makes assumptions rather than researching for facts. She doesn’t find the best specialist to send her patients to. Her staff, nurse, receptionists are very good.
