The staff is terrible
Dr Jih is a physician one can trust. However, her staff is a real problem. First, getting a timely appointment is problematic even for established patients with a problem. After a recent appointment a spot on my forehead came up and didn’t look good. I put the cream on it she had previously prescribed to see if it would react. It did, meaning it needed to be looked at. Since a timely appointment was not available we sent pictures to her nurse/assistant as we were directed with an assurance that Dr. Jih’s nurse/assistant would be in touch. Three phone calls later - no return call. Her staff is either completely incompetent or they don’t care about the patients. We have moved on to MDAnderson where we got an appointment inside two weeks. Do not sign up with these

As a physician myself, i am keenly aware of the traits and qualities I want to see in my own doctors. Dr. Ming Jih easily exceeds my stringent criteria. She’s very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. I’ve seen her now several times and am impressed with her ability to analyze the information and derive a rational and well-explained plan of care. I liked her style…straight to the point, but delivered in an educational and thoughtful manner. Excellent and friendly staff as well. Exceptional. A+ steve meltzer, md

Dr. Jih is an excellent physician and one of the best!!! She is a wonderful physician and I totally trust her. She also has a great staff! I highly recommend her to everyone. The building also has valet service which is nice if you don't want to park your vehicle in the garage which is convenient.

As a professional she is responsible for clinical staff, AS WELL AS front end business operation. My relationship and that of friends I refer is OVER. Some years ago her front end staff made an error on billing , NOT charging the correct copay, a $5.00 difference.Though I refer friends and family, I had not seen her since they sent it to collections. The office were rude to the point of hostile , refused scheduled appointment on arrival unless I pay $5.00 FIRST rudely in front of other patients

Dr. Jih was very sweet and soft spoken. She didn?t rush our visit and was very patient and thorough in answering our questions. She seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in our situation. I will be using her for any pediatric dermatology needs in the future!
