no show for my virtual appointment!
I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Satsky tonight and she did not show up! Worse, I did not get a message that she was 1/ running late and 2/ finally, presumably cancel the appointment. Instead I sat, staring at the zoom message "your host will let you in soon" for 50 minutes. It's a complete breakdown in communication. I thought I missed a link or something and obviously the nature of the call is important! I have had issues with virtual meetings before. Zoom isn't designed to replace care with screen. I should have been notified she was running late / needed to cancel and that someone would contact me to reschedule. Either that or don't overbook your appointments!

Found Dr. mindy online and she’s been My General doctor for the past 2 years. She’s very warm, understanding and knowledgeable. I really trust her and I’m glad I have her as my Doctor. Highly recommend.
