Not so good experience with this doctor
Last night I had a call with this doctor at around 11:30 PM to get help for the rash via MD Live, my experience with this doctor wasn't the best. She speaks too fast and there was an urgency to get off the call (not sure why). Looks like she gets paid by spending less time on the call. Will never want to revisit this doctor.

worst doctors appointment
Telehealth
would give negative stars if i could, possibly the worst appointment absolutely no help and no reassurance and got off the phone before i could even ask any follow up questions. i’ve never had a doctor with worse bedside manner - horrible experience! do not recommend under any circumstances - anything else would be better.

Used my employer's telehealth line and spoke for less than 60 seconds and she hung up on me.

Horrible doctor with terrible attitude.
Her intonation and pronunciation is unclear. She has no sympathy and just wants to get off the appointment as soon as humanly possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This doctor is so ignorant! She made me feel super rushed over a virtual visit and had the nastiest attitude. She tried telling me she couldn’t help me change my pharmacy at the end of the call because that’s my responsibility but proceeded to do so anyways. The ignorance was unnecessary. She also needed a zip code for the pharmacy, I made it super clear I had to go grab my laptop to look up the zip code (my camera was on so she could clearly see I was running across the house to get it) and 30 seconds later I hear “ma’am I’m waiting” in the nastiest tone!!! I as a patient am going to you for medical assistance the least you can do is thoroughly do your job and be respectful. NEVER AGAIN.

Virtual visit through Unitypoint. I have a diverticulitis infection and I told her I always take Bactrim and Flagyl because Augmentin makes my heart race. She said No and hung up on me. Do something about this doctor instead of letting her continue to treat patients this way. Now I have to go to the ER and I am disabled.

Dr. hung up on me 2 minutes into the "virtual visit". The doctor called from a blocked number the first time so I had no way to call her back, and she never called me back. I signed up for a virtual visit through the United Health Care website and they chose this doctor. I am EXTREMELY disappointment in this referral and the lack of professionalism with this doctor. I should have known the minute I answered the phone and she sighed right before she said how can I help you...the negative tone of her voice spoke volumes. I did end up getting a text that said she attempted to call 2 more times which failed so my appointment was canceled. My call history reveals no attempts.

I have used teladoc before with positive experiences. This was my first bad one. She was clearly interested in ending the call as quickly as possible and had little interest in giving me enough time to explain my condition or ask questions.
