She does not care about her patients and she is insensitive with those who are in a weaker place. No empathy whatsoever, just focus on revenue. Rude front desk makes the experience even worse and the process of refilling a prescription is an ordeal. Communication with office and doctor is also extremely painful and requires constant follow up. Would rate with zero if the system were to allow for it.

For new patients, the doctor charges a $100 deposit for if you don't show up to your first appointment. When you do show up, the $100 gets turned into a credit that you have to use on her services. That means if you don't like her, you're stuck seeing her or you lose your money to her. This does not seem ethical.

She abandons patients who may have challenging cases. She adjusts medications without following up to stabilize.
