Don't bother with NW Eye
Terrible experience! Was told this would be a one & done appointment but Nope. I offered records from a previous doctor but they didn't want that. Surprise! Dr. said she doesn't do this thing. Wasn't told about a prescription until discussing a complaint. Hmm... interesting, right? Very irritated that this will cost extra time off work & more $$$.

I appreciated the great care.
I have pain, gunky, and dry eyes. She started trying with first steps, and will check other options as needed. She tried something nobody else had so far anywhere else.

Dr Heersink, whom I trust, recommended Dr Dovich to perform my cataract surgery due to timeframe, & use the Toric lens. His knowledge & expertise of the Toric lens was amazing! Since I've had astigmatism my entire life & they were pretty bad, they both said I was a perfect candidate. I'm so glad I heeded their advice. While it's not for everyone, I feel very blessed to have had these 2 Dr's on my team, & the staff was fantastic For the first time ever I can see without glasses and see clearly!

Doctor is fine but you’ll wait hours and hours and hours and hours EVERY time you have an appointment! How inconsiderate when you think that so many patients need rides to their appointments!
