Dr. Miki Csintalan, MD

Dr. Csintalan was very rude and condescending. I was in a vulnerable place having just been discharged from the hospital. I asked her what the questions she was asking me were going to be used for because it was making me feel uncomfortable. She asked me what I would do instead. At that point, I recognized that she misinterpreted what I meant and I communicated with her that it wasn't meant to come across as an attack, that it wasn't in my intention. She proceeded by asking if I had a medical degree, if I had seen patients, and continued that direction. I reiterated that it wasn't in my intention, but she continued in a condescending tone. She asked what would happen if she made a follow-up appointment with a Psychiatrist for me at the office, and I told her that it would be a boundary crossing issue because I didn't give her my consent and I told her I wasn't comfortable with that. I noticed she scheduled an appointment anyway. In the end, she just left the room spitefully.

Dr Csintalan was very caring and kind. I really trust her as a doctor, and would definitely go back to her again.
