Wonderful professional and friendly staff. My son is special needs. Dr. Ou was great with him. Answered any questions we had. Took a lot of time making sure he understood all my son's needs and medical background. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr Ou really listens and wants to engage with the patient. Because he will spend the time to listen, I know I share more - which has led to more than one correctional diagnosis he's made that other doctors missed. He is a natural born troubleshooter which encourages him to find the cause of the issue, not just medicate the symptom. Dr. Ou is an asset to Bowdon!

I will NOT recommended anybody to use this office. The office staff made my blood pressure go up every time I call them. They are very uncaring and acts like their left hand doesn't know what the right does. And dr Ou doesn't feel comfortable doing anything..
