Dr. Mihaela Ringheanu, MD

Took my daughter after being referred, and turned out they never received the referral and she wasn’t even scheduled. They quickly followed up with our doctor’s office, and saw her anyway. I expected to wait hours but was seen quickly, the doctor was very thorough and explained everything, very friendly. The staff was amazing, very helpful, quick, and efficient. I worried they might be dismissive, but no they sent us straight for labwork, x-rays, and scheduled us for an EGD in less than 2 weeks. I can not recommend her enough, so far very happy with our experience! Ignore the bad reviews, they had me worried but could not be the furthest thing from our experience ??

I would not leave a star if that was possible. Dr. Ringheanu should seriously have her licensed revoked. She diagnosed my sister with chronic superficial gastritis and GERD. That didn't settle well with us because she diagnosed my other sister with the same thing. We found another specialist to check my sisters case. My sister has lost 44lbs in just a few months. She was diagnosed with gastroparesis which is a paralyzed stomach. My sister had a biopsy done by Dr. Ringheanu so we went to the appt. to see what she said. Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. She spoke to my mother for only 5 minutes and told my sister "control your vomiting, there's nothing wrong with you." So there you go. That was our personal experiences with both of my sisters. Never again. Your child can be very ill and she will still diagnosed them with gastritis and GERD.

Never would I ever recommend this doctor to anyone I know. She is a terrible doctor. Spent a total of 5 minutes in the exam room and sent usus to the hospital for no reason. Barely spoke to us did not explain anything about why we were being sent there. Results of a 3 day hospital stay my child has reflux just like I told this idiotic doctor. So needless to say I will never be back to see this person again. I can't warn you enough stay away if you dont want to spend days at the hospital.

Bedside manner and sympathy towards patient non existent. Changed the patient's parents mind of outpatient procedures to admittance of hospital without it being necessary. After admittance to hospital parent's never heard from her again. Outcome is the same and besides diet the patient is ok. Unquestionably I foresee to hear back from her office by form of a bill.
