Wait time in office can be over an hour. Receptionist is horribly rude if she will even answer the phone. I was diagnosed incorrectly. My back was broken and she gaslit me, I found a proper doctor to do surgery. I would not recommend.

I had a great experience at the Dr. Alexander’s office. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Alexander explained my sister’s medical condition in a way that was easy to understand and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The prescribed treatment plan was effective and has helped my sister to feel much better. I appreciated her kindness and professionalism throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Alexander to others. Thank you!

This doctor is uncaring and arrogant. We lost a family member earlier this year and this doctor was on call at the hospital. She was not available to talk to family members and basically gave up hope without even trying. It was a horrible experience and we hope no one has to go through this. Find another doctor who cares.

Dr. Alexander saved my life. Sorry you had a bad experience, but they are very, very far and few of them. She is brilliant, compassionate, her staff loves her, her patients love her. She is one of the best neurologists in the country. If it were not for her, my daughter would have been left an orphan many years ago. I would trust her with my life, as well as her staff.

I give Dr Alexandra A 10 on a scale of 1-5 She is extremely intelligent, very compassionate, and absolutely competent in her field. I trust her judgment in every way when it comes to my health. I have been a patient of Mihaelas’ for well over 8 years now and I am convinced that I am in better health because of her care

Dr. Alexander has a very pleasant personality, is professional, thorough and is not at all dismissive. She listened to my concerns and formulated a plan of action with me to explore possible causes of my health concerns. Highly recommend her. Bonus: her front desk and nurse are great as well.

Dr. Alexander is an amazing doctor! Often has a fairly long wait time, but *SO* worth it! She takes all the time you need to understand your condition and your treatment options. Incredibly compassionate.

Dr. Alexander is a dishonest, unethical, and immoral physician. There are many better neurologists out there. She will lie to your face then turn and threaten your future. She has no care for her patients' well-being. I've experienced this first-hand and regret going to her for my care. She is less concerned about patients and more concerned about herself and her practice. At some point, her staff became consistently rude toward me. I certainly WOULD NOT REFER friends or family.

Dr. Alexander and her PA were very professional. I felt a degree of caring and empathy that I have seldom experienced before. Also, I sensed that Dr. Alexander was especially knowledgable about the latest research and treatments for Parkinson's Disease (which was my main concern). She was patient to a fault and answered all my questions. Overall it was an outstanding visit!

The first visit we waited 2 hours to talk to her. The second visit we were told we only had 20 minutes because it would not be fair to other patients. Then why did we have to wait 2 hours to see her the first time. We never saw her the second time because we were told to pick one thing to talk about in the twenty minute time frame. There are to many things to talk about. Things that the staff told us in the second visit should have been told to us in the first visit.
