I am speechless at the conduct that this doctor operates under. I was prescribed a high dosage of Clonazepam(6 mgs a day for about a year). Unbeknownst to me, Dr. Vargas was drug testing me without letting me know throughout the period of time he prescribed me this dosage(I would provide urine tests regularly), and only mentioned my positive result for marijuana once I began to have some stomach issues 2 months in a row. He said he could no longer prescribe me the Clonazepam due to this, and cut
