Horrible staff
With the exception of 2 staff members and Dr Martinez, the staff is horrible. Has no regard for patients care. Staff is not service oriented and not to mention liars. Had a horrible experience and was dismissed in the mist of a pending medical procedure. Utterly irresponsible with no compassion or regard for patient safety or health.

It was good to see the doctor and be able to answered some of my questions, but the wait was too long. Will be nice if patient can wait less time. I think 21/2 hours is too much!

Dr. Martinez has been my GYN for 17 years, he is a good doctor but has the most unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional staff. They made a billing error, took $30 from me and never made an effort in refunding me. Thieves!

There aren't enough stars to convey the level care you get with Dr Martinez. He always took time to explain everything in detail. I had my first 2 babies with him. I’m pregnant again and I wouldn’t doubt to bring my third son to this world with him again. He and his staff are very Profesional, kind and caring. I would recommend to any friend or any women that looking for a very professional OB GYN

He is a great doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable with outstanding bedside manners, extremely caring & considerate. Although the wait to see him may seem a little long, it is well worth it. Dr. Martinez doesn't rush through his patients, he listens & answers your questions based on experience & eases your mind or uncertainties which is why I don't mind the wait. Moreover, there's another great physician in this office (Dr. Miguel Torres) who also offers the same quality of care & support.

Don't get me wrong he is an excellent doctor but he treats his patients like a chicken without a head. I was a patient for more than 7 yrs after the following incidents I decided to switch. Best decision! -5 hour wait -Prescribed wrong medication (which I was allergic) -Diagnosed I wasn't pregnant and my child is already 3years old -Had to have an emergency surgery didn't have the courtesy to speak with me before or after surgery -On my f/u didn't even rber or looked at my chart.

I was a loyal patient of Mr. Martinez but the lack of service and friendliness from the staff, made me decide, to no longer see Dr. Martinez. I being charge without any explanation and it took over 2 months for the Billing Manager to pick up the phone and to just tell me to call the insurance company. I left an abundance of messages and it wasn't until I caught an attitude and demanded to speak someone superior (which according to the staff, she's the only superior) that she finally answered.

Worst doctor ever. My complaints were dismissed by this doctor over a period of 1 month until one day I showed up at the hospital and refuse to go back home because I was sure something was wrong with my baby. My baby had not been moving much at all for a month now, and he kept reassuring me that this was normal. I had the baby emergency c-section, the cord was compress, there was maconium in the fluid and oligohydromnios. If it wasn't for God's grace my baby would be stillborn.

I scheduled an Appointment at 12:30pm. I arrived at 12:05 am and couldn't sign in because there was no pen at the desk. The receptionists window was closed so I knocked. After a few minutes someone quickly threw a pen on the counter and slammed the window closed again. I signed in at 12:15 and awaited to receive a greeting or paperwork. At 1:00pm I was not called so I went up to the window again and knocked and I was told to wait to be called. At 1:30 pm I left the office never to return again!

A patient of Dr. Martinez since 1989. Fantastic! Last couple of years have seen his NP, Edilia Pando. I waited 10 days for my results, decided to call. I spoke to Maria twice my results were in but, she could not give them to me, had to be a nurse, must be a new rule. As a stage 4 cancer patient I wanted results. I explain the anxiety and asked is someone could please call me back 2 days later no phone call. So unacceptable! Negative results, why the torture? Had to go the office. No one called!

Dr. Martinez was my mothers OB/GYN since she was in her early 20's he was the doctor who my mother gave birth to with my little brother and myself. And now I've been going to him for the past 5 years. Best OB/GYN Doctor in south Florida. Very family orientated.
