Not happy in St. Petersburg
Dr. Fana and his Nurse Practitioner are great. His operational staff are the worst. The phone just rings and rings and rings without them picking up. Their billing is the very worst. From day 1, I showed my insurance to them. They knew that some lab work was not covered by my insurance. 4 times they used the lab work not covered. It does no good to inform them of your insurance status. The proceed with no regard for your insurance status. I am pretty sure I will have to get another doctor. They claim to update your insurance data in their system. Next time you go their the data is gone.

Dr. Fana is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. His even helped assist me with others in the family. He does not rush you in and out, expect a wait because he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man.

Dr. Fana, is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact him or his staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. The office is inviting and his beautiful staff members are friendly and helpful in every way.

Dr. Fana and his staff are amazing and I even switched my daughter from her pediatrician to be seen by him exclusively. He takes care and remembers you every single time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of our family.
