The first time I called for appointment they were great and saw me the same day. I was scheduled an appointment for my annual but unfortunately I missed it thinking it was for another day. When I went in, the receptionist made me feel like "why are you even here... you missed your appt" face. She said she would check for cancellations which took her two seconds and said there was nothing available. So I requested to speak to manager... still waiting for call!!!
