Why is she in this field?
She was very short with me, rushing me through my appointment. Answered my questions with as few words as possible. Seemed like I was inconveniencing her by being there- my bad I guess. If you're in a field where you work with people, you need to have some interpersonal skills and friendliness, so not sure what she's doing here. Trying to switch specialists so that I don't have to feel like a bother again.

Little desire to help; borderline insulting.
It seems Dr. Yoon would rather not see patients. Dr. Yoon has an insulting bedside manner, treating questions as an inconvenience and putting little thought into her responses. She scoffed at my question about whether I should get an MRI on my shoulder because she said 'whatever it is, the treatment would be the same', after saying I needed PT and not surgery. Six months later I got an MRI after seeing a different doctor and it clearly showed I required orthoscopic surgery, which resolved my issue.

I can’t give 0 stars
Not only did she ask me what brought us in and as I was explaining she completely cut me off. She never even looked in my child’s bad ear, rushed back out the door before I could even speak or ask a single question. Had the hearing exam completed that staff was AMAZING…. But then she came back and I tried asking questions and she gave me a one word answer and then said ok see you in 6 weeks and if we still have issues we will have to put tubes in. Like wait what? (I am a nurse I do NOT do well with 0 explanations and I don’t think in my 15 year career in nursing I have ever encountered a doctor with such a poor bedside manner)
