Dr. Ultmann is very knowledgeable but she is also very inconsiderate of her patients time. She has on two occasions wasted mine and my wife's time by either failing to let us know that she would be an hour late to a scheduled appointment or needlessly canceling our early discharge from the hospital and not being accessible to provide follow up direction for over two hours.
