Horrible would give zero stars if I could
Dr. Santiago is absolutely horrible she pushed off my original appointment for my pre-op surgery test and rescheduled it a week before my surgery then I passed every test she gave then I already had medical clearance from my cardiologist and doctor she made me get updated ones witch I did then then less then 24 hours before the surgery she canceled it and said I would need to follow up with a sleep doctor note I had already taken a month off of work scheduled witch I can’t change cost hundreds of dollars on medical bills had months of time invested and no matter what I did she still found something she has messed up my life so bad I can’t explain it she’s ignoring I passed all the tests and have medical clearance from a cardiologist and my doctor and just refused it and reschedule my original appointment a week from the surgery so I literally have no time to correct it. I don’t understand how she even has a job. SSM health is a great place but the anesthesia department is a joke
