Lacks Empathy, Non-Communicative, and Unreliable
Terrible. Lacks empathy and cancels appointments. Doesn't use the portal and not communicative. Gave me a strong hormonal medication that had horrendous side effects or discussion. Kind of laughed about the fact that it might not help after six months and we would see. Didn't see concerned with the condition it was supposed to cure or the side effects. Have to message, call, and call again every time I need anything. Dismissive of my request for requests for pain management with procedure. Didn't read previous doctors notes, didn't look at imaging after I spent time having all of my records sent over. She clearly just doesn't care and should look for a different career path.

Great!!
She is explained everything very well and made sure I understood when I got a C-section she said that it would take 30 minutes to get my baby out I looked at the clock and took exactly 30 minutes like she had said. She is professional and friendly.

This doctor is amazing! She explained every detail about everything she did and was very compassionate regarding the pain I would be experiencing. She was also able to very effectively address a question I had that was not related to the issue for which I received the referral. She gave me the contact information for someone outside Dignity for services not available through Dignity.
