Dr. Michelle Miller, MD

I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Miller and she was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide recommendations beyond just an immediate resolution or medication. She showed genuine care for my well-being and asked a very thoughtful and thorough set of questions to provide an appropriate diagnosis and helpful recommendations. She didn’t rush through my appointment or dismiss my symptoms which I feel is often common in telehealth. I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Miller and would highly recommend her to others.

I have found Dr. Miller to be one of the best doctors I have ever met. She has never rushed me through an appointment and always answers my questions. I am sorry to see her leave and wish her the best!

My experience? Horrible. I finally left her after being told to go to a specialist for my recurring UTI issues. I found a wonderful doctor who actually listens and is interested in my health. My husband is not so fortunate. He has been waiting all week for her to authorize his prescriptions, and she can't even do that right. He has been told he can't switch right now because his diabetes is "out of control". Since when? I don't think Miller knows what she's doing. She always seems distracted, doesn't listen, and has no idea of how to care for patients.

It felt rushed. She didn't take my pain seriously. She prescribed me medicine that is primarly used for epilepsy, after I told her I had been in a car accident. Then CHP gave me a lame excuse about the opioid problem and that PCP can't prescribe them.. Such BS. I called back to say the medicine was not effective and the nurse said I need to go to a pain management clinic. Why have a doctor at all if the answer is a pain management clinic, this PCP is useless.

When my doctor of 23 years retired, he recommended Dr. Miller. It was a mistake! She is always rushed with her appointments, doesn't listen to what I have to say, and it takes forever for her to get back to you if you have questions or issues. She would rather push a patient off on a specialist than actually see if it's an issue she could resolve herself. My husband and I are now in the process (again) of looking for another doctor.
