Dr. Michelle Kelly, MD

I scheduled an appointment with this doctor as she was the first one available with an appointment. There was a reason she was the only doctor with availability that week. Never again.

I’ve been going to this practice for 5 years and have seen almost all the doctors with nothing but positive experiences. I saw Dr. Kelly for the first time a few weeks ago and wow, I have never seen a more dismissive, impatient, rude person that’s meant to be working with children. She acted extremely inconvenienced to be there and I left with no answers.

Dr.Kelly is the best pediatrician I have seen. She is knowledgeable, explains well and give right suggestions.

Rude, dismissive, disrespectful. I have never in my life encountered a pediatrician with this level of arrogance. I wanted to help my child, who has been struggling with an ongoing issue, but Dr. Kelly put me on trial, questioning everything I have or haven't done on my child's behalf. I love this practice, but do not recommend this woman at all. She doesn't even deserve a star.

I've been taking my children to this same practice for 10 years (all 3 of my children have been seen there since birth) and have had excellent experiences with all of the physicians and staff. My visit with Dr. Michelle was quite the opposite. She was condescending and dismissive of the concerns I had about my child's health and yet went line by line through my child's medical history file, criticising any steps I had or had not chosen to take. So rude and distasteful! I would not recommend her to any family.
